Rebecca joined Beaumont People in January 2011 as part of the Business Services team. Later that year she followed her heart to the Not-for-Profit team where she was part of a small group of consultants who immersed themselves in the charity sector, launching our extremely successful Charities Team.

With a passion for empowering people, Fundraising recruitment was a natural direction, she found alignment with her clients and candidates. Rebecca spent 5 years with our Sydney based Charity team.

In October 2017, Rebecca moved to the Northern Rivers to join our Byron Bay branch. Here, Rebecca works closely with local commercial businesses in the region, across the Gold Coast & Brisbane to find quality permanent talent. She has also continued to support charitable organisations with their recruitment. In January 2019 Rebecca became the Branch Manager leading a small team of temporary & permanent consultants.

Originally from the UK, Rebecca has a BA Hons in Theatre & Cultural Studies and prior to her move to Australia in 2009, she worked in Marketing, Sales & Event Management.

Rebecca always brings positivity and enthusiasm to each recruitment process & will always be transparent and honest with her candidates & clients, forging lasting, trusting relationships.
