Rebecca joined Beaumont People in January 2011 as part of the Business Services team. Later that year she followed her heart to the Not-for-Profit team where she was part of a small group of consultants who immersed themselves in the charity sector, launching our extremely successful Charities Team.

With a passion for empowering people, Fundraising recruitment was a natural direction, she found alignment with her clients and candidates. 

Rebecca spent 5 years with our Sydney based Charity team and in August 2017 moved to the Northern Rivers to join our Byron Bay branch. Here, Rebecca continues to support charitable organisations with their recruitment and also works closely with local businesses in the region to find quality talent in business services, marketing & events.

Originally from the UK, Rebecca has a BA Hons in Theatre & Cultural Studies and prior to her move to Australia in 2009, she worked in Event Management & Marketing.

Rebecca always brings positivity and enthusiasm to each recruitment process & will always be transparent and honest with her candidates & clients, forging lasting, trusting relationships.
