Managing the Northern Rivers Office for Beaumont People, Justine has over 15 years of internal and external recruitment experience. Starting with Beaumont People in 2006, Justine worked on both temporary and permanent business support roles. The ability to prioritise, understand the client's needs and a passion for filling high volume temp roles saw her lay the foundations for what was to become a successful career in recruitment. Justine feels that there is no better sense of accomplishment than understanding the client brief and matching the right candidate in their dream job.

Working locally in the Northern Rivers for over eight years has given Justine a strong understanding of the local market. The opportunity to come back to Beaumont People in 2015 as the Branch Manager to establish the Northern Rivers office located in Byron Bay was a dream come true!  Justine has successfully recruited both temporary and permanent roles across industries such as, Local and State Government, Insurance, Not for Profit, Fashion, Call Centre, Civil Construction and Environmental. 

Justine is very experienced in recruiting Executive level roles across both the Not for Profit and Commercial Sectors.  Some of the roles that she has recently recruited are CEO’s, Chief Business and Chief Operations Officers, Finance Manager, National Bid and Tender Manager, Chief Financial Officer and a Senior Project Manager.  In addition to managing the whole recruitment process for you, Justine can also sit in on panel interviews and will work with you to ensure that every aspect of the process is streamlined with strong attention to detail to ensure that you find the right candidate for your role.
