According to research from job site Seek, over 50% of Australians pursued a career change in 2018.

Don't be afraid to learn new skills or retrain yourself in areas you may have struggled in. Ensure your technical skills are up-to-date, and invest in new areas which, will only help you stand out from other candidates.


Research Your Ideal Job

What is most important to you in a job? Is it the industry? the culture? the salary? Do some research to ensure you know exactly what you are looking for in your ideal position, this in turn will help narrow down the job hunting process.
